He is survived by: his spouse Deborah L. Cantrell-Keating; his child Stephen Delmonico, Jr.; his wife Tricia Delmonico of Woburn; his siblings, Jack Keating of Wilmington, Linda Keating of Salisbury and Krys Stuart; and also Amie Delmonico of Billerica.
