She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. MacDonald; her parents, Geatano "Tony" and Jennie Dango (Gentile); her son Bernard MacDonald; and her siblings, Dominic and Lena McSweeney.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andrea, Brenda, Bobby, Jimmy, Timmy, Jenni, Peter, Joshua, Daniel, William and Crystal; her children, David MacDonald of Woburn, Robert MacDonald of Lexington, Patricia Downs (David) and Kimberly MacDonald (Jason Hough) of Hubbardston; and her siblings, Betty Garbino of Woburn, Charles, Mike, Frank, Anthony Dango, Anna Callahan and Rose Kirk.
