He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie "Rose" A. Faherty (Lauzon); his parents, John Faherty and Mary Ellen Faherty (Conroy) of Ireland; and his sister-in-law Mary Mogollon. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Faherty of Woburn, Cathy Bryant (David) of Woburn, Eileen Mills (Michael) of Gloucester, Carol Hogan (Paul) of Woburn, Tricia McCall (Frank) of Gloucester, Maureen McNamara (John), Rosemary Donovan (Barry) of Woburn, Franklin Faherty (Rita), Judy Faherty and Michael Pelliccio; his brother Robert Faherty (Natalie) of Braintree; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Faherty of Dedham, Jack Faherty and Evelyn Lambert. He is also survived by nine children: seven daughters, two sons, later adding twenty-four grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
