He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Castelone and Margaret Castelone (Maggio); and his brother Charles Castelone. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Castelone (Finegan); his sons, James Castelone of Woburn and Kevin Castelone (Nicole); his grandsons, Ronan and Nolan of Penticton, BC; and his sister Dolores Castelone of Revere. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Interment services will be private. Out of concern for everyone's safety, face masks must be worn at all times.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joseph's memory to the MGH Heart or Cancer Center, 125 Nashua St., suite 540, Boston, MA 02114-1101.
