He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Anthony and Thelma A. Anthony (Weldon); his daughter Alexis Anthony; and his granddaughter Summer. He is survived by: his son Adam Anthony (Paige Emmons) of Woburn; and his siblings, Keith Anthony, Kerrie MacIsaac and Karen DeAngelis.
