He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Silva Jr. of Woburn and Susan Silva of Tewksbury; and his grandparents, Virginia, Robert Silva, Josephine and Placido Maisano.

He is survived by: his child Sydney; and his siblings, Robert J. Silva III of Woburn and Allyson Silva of Woburn.
