She was predeceased by: her grandson Kevin Patrick Reidy; her spouse Gene L. English; her parents, Claude Dean and Mary Dean (Murphy); her siblings, Pauline Beatty and Claude; and her sister-in-law Josephine Wallace.

She is survived by: her children, Elaine Reidy (William) of Reading, Julie Borden (Joe) of Chelmsford, David English (Jane) of Woburn and Glenn English (Noelle Brackett) of Boxford; her grandchildren, Lauren Nault (Ryan), Kathryn Reidy, Kristen Gerety, Emily, David English, Sam, Maggie and William English; her brother Richard Dean; and her cousin Virginia Ryan of Malden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
