Erwin; her daughter Carol D'Agostino (James) of Reading; her grandchildren, Peter, John, Mark, Paul, Steven and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Katie, Lucas, Patrick, Seamus, Mia, Cassandra, Vincent and Rafe.
