She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Fossey; her son Robert Fossey; her parents, Thomas H. Duffy and Mary Duffy (O'Donnell); and her son John Fossey.

She is survived by: her children, William Fossey (Pamela Adams) of Bedford, Stephen Fossey (Barbara) of Natick and Mary Ann Macdonald (Rick) of Kennebunkport, ME. She is also survived by twelve siblings.
