He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Cassaro (Scala); his son Kenneth J. Cassaro; and his sister Grace Castro. He is survived by: his children, Janice Medeiros (Frank) of North Chelmsford, Petrine McNiff (Terry) of Methuen, Diane Ciccketti, Staci of Raynham, Lori Violanto (late Paul) of Kittery, ME and LuAnn Kenney (Franny) of Woburn; and his siblings, Lucy Tamburino of Medford, Louie and Sal. He is also survived by grandchildren and six loving great grandchildren.
Due to the current health pandemic funeral services will be private.
