He was predeceased by: his sibling Edward Kiley; and his parent John Kiley. He is survived by: his siblings, John Kiley Jr. (Sandra) of Woburn, Joseph Kiley (Lisa) of Brighton and Christopher Kiley (Melinda) of North Reading; his parent Maura Kiley-Keller of Woburn; his children, Kimberly Kiley (Michael Burke) of Marlborough, Kaitlyn Kiley, van Godwin of Marlborough and Andrew Kiley of Texas; his grandchild Christopher Stephen Godwin; and his brothers, Sandra of Woburn, Lisa of Brighton and Melinda Kiley of North Reading. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
