With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita M. (Carroll) Wade of Woburn, Massachusetts, born in South Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 21, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Wade; her parents, William Carroll and Bridget Carroll (Hogan); and her sister Joan Barrett. She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Wade of Woburn, Donna M. Smith (Michael) of Woburn, James F. Wade, Jr. of Providence, RI and William S. Wade (Noelle) of Charlton; her grandchildren, Karrie, Michael Smith, Cameron, Jessica Wade, Sarah and Jennifer Wade; and her great grandchild Lillie Smith. She is also survived by aunt and uncle.
