He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Upton and Margaret Upton (Lyons); and his brother Everett Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard P. Upton of Fl, Robert D. Upton, Joseph R. Upton of Woburn, Barbara J Quinn of Lowell, Elsie M. Brophy of Woburn, Judy A. Upton of Woburn, William D., Charles F., John J., Margaret A. Torrice, Dorothy G. Johnson and Phyllis J James. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephew Relatives.
