He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary K. Devine (Kelly) of Woburn and John M. Devine; his sister Kellie Devine of Woburn; and his aunt Anne Kelly of Medford.

It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Sean's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
