She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. O'Rourke; her parents, John Donovan and Hannah Donovan (Nichols); and her sister Margaret "Peg" Holland. She is survived by: her children, John O'Rourke (Trish), Mary McCuin (Patrick) of Westford, Kevin O'Rourke (Kelly) of Wilbraham, Maureen King of Bourne, Catherine McLarney (Daniel) of Chelmsford and Martin Herzog; her grandchildren, Patrick, Conor, Julia, Emma, Holly, Jenny, Cono, Kevin, Kelsey, Jonathan, Thomas, William and Michael; and her siblings, Charlie Donovan of Ireland, Hannah Patricia Moran, Joseph and Michael Donovan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was a daily communicant up until the height of the pandemic where she then would enjoy mass on Catholic TV.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be mailed in Sheila's memory to St. Anthony's of Padua Church, 138 Cambridge Road, Woburn, MA 01801 or to a charity of choice.
