He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Garcia and Ana Garcia (Valerio). He is survived by: his wife Agueda Altagracia Garcia (Diaz); his children, Kelvin, Alex and Yohany; and his grandchildren, Nani and Noah. He is also survived by brother and 3 sisters.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Agueda Garcia.
