He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Serrano of San Lorenzo, P. R.. He is survived by: his mother Luz Santana of Gurabo, P. R.; his siblings, Francisco Serrano of San Lorenzo, P. R., Barbara Serrano of Connecticut, Mariluz Serrano (Juan Castillo) of Worcester, M. A. and Carlos Serrano of Gurabo, P. R.; and his daughter Bahsia Tobey of Worcester, M. A.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
