It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin J. Blash Jr. (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 13, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robert M Blash; his parents, Edward G Blash Sr. and Hazel B Blash; and his brothers, Michael Blash and John Blash Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Marylou Blash (Millette); his children, Alvin J Blash Jr. (Amy Blash), Aaron, Brianna, Hannah Blash of Worcester, Kristen Blash (Cativo), Allyssa, Carlos Jr., Roberto, Nicklus, Aracelli, Julianna and Daniel Cativo of California; his sister Dorothy T Loader; his children, Beverly Clark (David), Carol M Servideo (Daryl) and Joanne F Lehr; his brother Edward G Blash Jr.; and also Brandie Blash. He is also survived by his two sons and a daughter, and six nieces and nephews.
A Private funeral service will be held at Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Veterans Inc., 69 Grove St., Worcester, 01605.
