She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donnelly and Eve Donnelly (Zeveske); her husband John Giaquinto; her siblings, Richard Donnelly and Eleanor Rzeznikiewicz (Donnelly); and her nephew Richard Donnelly.
She is survived by: her brother James Donnelly (June); her stepdaughter Jacqueline Giaquinto; her nieces, Lynn Jarmulowicz, Kris Rzeznikiewicz, Eren Malpass (Brian) and Collen Rzeznikiewicz; her great-nephews, Dylan Jarmulowicz and Jedrek Rzeznikiewicz; and her great-niece Ireland Malpass.
