It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ana Maria Melendez (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ocasio Melendez and Altagracia Sanchez; her son Ramon Correa; her grandson Ruben; her stepgrandson Jose Gonzalez; and her siblings, Esther Melendez, Elba Figueroa, Juan Melendez and Carlos Melendez.
She is survived by: her children, Altagracia Correa, Juan Felipe Correa, Angel Correa, Aida Correa, Maria Correa and Kathia R. Cruz; her stepchildren, Domingo Correa and Carmen Correa; her siblings, Israel Melendez, Domingo Melendez, Carmen Delia Melendez, Margo Betancourt (Melendez), Genoveva Melendez and Norma Melendez; her grandchildren, José Rodriguez, Ana I. Candelaria, Lissette Candelaria, Rosita Correa, Danny Correa, Sammy Correa, Alex Correa, Vanessa Correa, Tatiana Correa, Gabriel Correa, William Correa, Angel Jr. Correa, Maico Correa, Yajaira Correa, Nataly Correa, Angela Correa, Amaryllis Correa, Luis Correa, Tommy Barbosa, Wilson Barbosa, Esbelyn Correa, Jazmin Correa and Esmeralda Colon; and her stepgrandchildren, Santos Gonzalez, Francisco Gonzalez, Maribel Gonzalez, Mariela Gonzalez, Omayra Ganzalez, Jesús Gonzalez, Uriana Correa, Vanessa Correa, Rafael Correa, José Correa, Lisa Correa-Rodriguez, Michael Correa, Jessica Correa, Sabrina Correa, Tirado, Marisol Correa, Gabriel Correa, Sara Correa and Domingo Correa. She is also survived by 100 Great-grandchildren, 34 Great-Great-grandchildren.
