He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Brierley and F. Gwendolyn Brierley (Dalrymple). He is survived by: his son Andrew; his wife Kirsten Hede Brierley; his son Leif Hede Brierley; his daughter-in-law Rachel Woods; and his daughter Emma Hede Brierley.
