He was predeceased by: his father Vincent P. DiLeo. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony DiLeo II of Worcester and Dylan Ellis of Worcester; his mother Janet E. DiLeo; and his siblings, Vincent S. DiLeo (Lisa) of Sutton, Chester P. DiLeo (Shanaz Rahin) of Shrewsbury, Janet E. Bolivar (Mark) of Worcester, Pamela H. McConnell of San Antonio and Debra A DiLeo of Millbury. He is also survived by best friend and companion throughout his life; Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in his name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Way, Memphis Tenn.
