He is survived by: his wife Li Hua Chen; his children, Ava and Austin Chan; his parents, Yuen Chan and Ling Chan (Wang) of Worcester; his grandfather Kui Lit Chan; his siblings, Andy Chan (Vietmy Nguyen) of Millbury and Anna Chan (Peter Tran) of Worcester; his nephew Andrew Tran; and his son Chuck E Cheese.
