She is survived by: her parents, Rocco Cardellicchio and Carmela Cardellicchio (Abbate); her brothers, Gerardo Cardellicchio and Donato Cardellicchio; her children, Gaetano Leone (Patricia) of Columbia, Serafina Quinn (Bruce) of Holden, Carmela Szklarz (Daniel) of Spencer and Rocco Leone of Worcester; and her sister Nicolena Roncareggi. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren she cherished, Anthony, Alysia, Derrick, Cory, Christina, Rachel, Gabriella, Giuliana, Giustina, Giana, Giovanna, Cheryl, Michelle and Michael; 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in her name can be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Massachusetts, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA.
