He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Finkle and Goldie Finkle (Hyde); his wife Nancy E. Finkle (Arnold); his daughters, Melissa J. Finkle of Worcester and Laurie B. Tessier (Matthew) of Holden; his siblings, Gerald Finkle of Auburn and Paula Finkle of Marston Mills; and his granddaughters, Denayja, Jillian, Bridgette and Melanie. He was also cherished by several nephews and nieces.
