He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Shutter (Shingle) and William Shutter; his daughters, Aviva Belhumeur (Richard) of Auburn and Elise Busnach (George) of Thetford Center, VT; his grandchildren, Moses, Georgie and Sophia; his sisters, Diane Smithers of Albany, NY and Lucille Essig (Dennis) of Shartlesville, PA; his close friend Gary Chase (Donna); and his wife Marlene Shutter (Mowshowitz). He was also cherished by his nephews and nieces.
