He was predeceased by: his wife Joan M. Foley (Sheerin); his parents, Maurice Foley and Helen Foley (Naughton); his son Stephen Foley; and his brothers, Robert and Donald Foley.
He is survived by: his sister Joanne M. Deignan; his grandson Stephen Foley; his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Olive; his nephew Shawn Foley of Rhode Island; and his niece Eileen Levoy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
