He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Wallace and Donald Fernandes; his daughter Angelina Fernandes; his stepmother Chrystal; his siblings, Christopher Fernandes and Sabrina; his stepsiblings, Tammy, Tina and Tommy; and his uncles, Richard Wallace (Debra) and Raymond Fernandes (Joanne). He is also survived by companion and best friend "Buddy" the Chug;several nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
