She is survived by: her husband Samuel P.; her children, Kenneth P. Perch (Sandra) of Shrewsbury and Lori A. Perch of Worcester; her siblings, Alvin Perch and Valerie Kelly (George); her grandchildren, Andrew P. Perch and Katherine A. Perch; and her parents, Albert Perch and Anne Perch (Stephens). She is also survived by niece and several nephews.
