She was predeceased by: her grandmother Patricia Windward of Holden. She is survived by: her sons, Quinn and Ethan Windward; her parents, Paul Windward of Holden and Melissa Windward (O'Toole) of Holden; her siblings, Fallyn Windward of Worcester, Kaycie Windward of Holden and Paige Windward of Holden; her grandparents, James, Linda O'Toole of Clinton and Brian Windward; and her nephew Finn Maney. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
