He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Zukowski and Mildred Zukowski (Kulesza). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Zukowski (McCullough); his son Christopher Zukowski (Renee) of Charlton; his grandsons, Cole and Evan Zukowski of Charlton; his sister Barbara Ganley (Paul) of Brookline, NH; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Clark (Oliver) of Cape Coral, FL and Sandra Clark (Edwin "Chip") of Venice, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
