He is survived by: his parents, Joleen Labour (McClanahan) and Jacinto Labour; his wife Marissa Acevedo (Rivera) of Worcester; his children, Audrianna Rivera, Daniel Jr., Dana, Adalia and Arilyn Acevedo; his siblings, Javier (Barbarella Acevedo) of Brownsville, Alberto Acevedo Jr., Brianna Dumas of Haverhill and Joleneia Acevedo of Haverhill; and also Abraham Santiago of Haverhill. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
