He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Deborah C. O'Loughlin (Smith) and Michael T. O'Loughlin, Jr.; his brother Michael T. O'Loughlin, III; and his grandparents, Delores "Dee" Smith (Sbrogna), Michael T. of Worcester, Margaret "Peggy" McGrath of Worcester and Loughlin, Sr. of Worcester. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
