He was predeceased by: his father Robert K. Perry. He is survived by: his mother Jean M. Perry (Tod) of Worcester; and his siblings, Robert K. Perry, Jr. (Joanne) of Cherry Valley, Joan Perry of Winchendon, Jean Sinclair (Gary) of Harwich and Kathleen Berrocal (William) of Costa Rica. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's Food for the Poor Program, 44 Temple St., Worcester, MA 01604.
