She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Rano; her children, Catherine Rano Donovan and Carl Rano; her sister Claire Grundstrom; her parents, Leo Leonard and Catherine T. Leonard (King); and also, Pat, Steven and Paul Grundstrom.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dianna (Ryan), Jaclyn (A. J. Nicholas Jr) and Jessica (Eli); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Elene, Avery, Nicholas and Alaina; and her nephew Kevin Grundstrom.
