He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Provost and Cordelia Provost (Bricault); his wife Theresa; and his brother Gene P. Provost. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca A. Provost of Fitchburg and Donald J. Provost, Jr. of Spencer; his sister Claire Provost of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Eric, Alaina, Felisha and Donald R. Provost III. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; Nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
