She was predeceased by: her spouse John T. Polenski; her parent Joseph Guyette; her brothers, Joseph Guyette, James Guyette and Gerald Guyette; and her son-in-law Terry Carroll.
She is survived by: her parent Victoria Guyette (Pottie); her children, Michael Polenski (Marsha) of Bluffton, Lynda Carroll of Mashpee, Deborah Polson (Bradford) of Auburn, Stephen Polenski (Michele) of Auburn and Doreen DuPont (Michael Boutillette) of Leicester; her grandchildren, Kelly, Brian, Matt, Michael, Amy, Eric, Holly, Sarah, Rob, Nicole, Heather and David; and her brother-in-law Theodore Polenski (Anna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
