She was predeceased by: her husband Arrit Harris; her siblings, Edgar Moton (Unlce Champ), Nathaniel Gibson, Willie Joe Moton, Vurnette Moton and JoAnne Holly; and her grandsons, Jaquan and Dorian Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Arrit Moton of Queens, NY, Anthony Harris of Shrewsbury, MA, Sybil Small of Bay Shore, NY and Lorene Harris of Worcester, MA; and her siblings, Vincent Simpson of Atlanta, GA, Grady Jefferson (Brenda) of Worcester, Jerome Jefferson of Alabama, Patricia Thomas (Jimmy) of Birmingham, Alabama, Evelyn Simpson (Ron) of Birmingham, Alabama, Cynthia Walker of Birmingham, Alabama and Carolyn Johnson (Leslie) of Birmingham, Alabama. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
