He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Parks of Worcester, MA and Dwight W. Parks Sr. Butch; his sisters, Marilyn Gray (Bob) and Shirley Richards (Bob); his brother-in-law Carl St. Amand; his nephew Mark St. Amand; his grandson Michael Freitas; and his brother-in-law Eugene Easterling.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Parks (Schroeder); his children, Cindy Frappier of Barre, MA, Susan Nickason (Donny Nickason) of Penfield, NY and Robert Olson (Karen Lambert) of Fairport, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew, Megan Frappier of Barre, MA, Timothy Freitas, Ryan Freitas (Katie Bishop) and Caleb Freitas (Katie Snyder) of Rochester, NY; his sisters, Linda Easterling of Fitchburg, MA and Estelle St Amand; and his friend Franny Waszkiewicz of Worcester, MA. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
