Ushinski; her grandchildren, Melissa Johnson (Christopher), Mallory Caruso (Peter), Michelle England (Joshua), John Ushinski (Catherine), Nicholas Ushinski, Christina and Marco Lucente; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jack, Sophia, River, Summer and Miles. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
