He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sally Blake, Joseph, Thaddeus "Ted", Romuald "Pete" and Henry "Hank" Bonczyk; and his parents, Karol Bonczyk and Frances Bonczyk (Passi).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Bonczyk (Fortin); his children, Scott K. Bonczyk of Worcester, Stephan E. Bonczyk (Audrey) of Worcester, Paul F. Bonczyk (Aileen) of Worcester and Maria H. Corrigan (Brian) of Holden; his brother Frank Bonczyk (Dorothy "Ditty") of Worcester; his grandchildren, James, Paul, Amanda, Rebecca, Steffany, Austin and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, London, Joella and Philip. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
