He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley Johnson and Mary A Johnson (Donahue); his wife Winifred E. Johnson (Phelps); his son Howard Johnson; and his granddaughter Megan Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Johnson of North Grafton, MA, Kenneth Johnson (Mary) of Gardner, MA and Peter F. Johnson (Betty) of Sierra Vista, AZ; his grandchildren, Jeremy Johnson, Brittany Matthews and Deven Johnson; and his great grandchild Grayson Matthews.
