It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Dionis (Worcester, Massachusetts), born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Dionis; and her sisters, Catherine Costa, Alexandria Bardho, Naomi Veshi, Mary George and Anna Pillary.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Dionis (Sandra) of Shrewsbury and Christopher Dionis (Kimberly Houston-Dionis) of Auburn; her grandchildren, Sydney Dionis and Zachary Dionis; her siblings, Gust George of Worcester, Cleo George of Worcester, Sophie George of Worcester and Jean George of Worcester; and her parents, Peter George and Angeline George (John). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Saint Mary's Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church.
