She was predeceased by: her daughter Maribel Baez; her siblings, Juan, Domingo, Aramis Hernandez, Agapita and Evarista Hernandez; and her parents, Cornelio Hernandez and Nicasia Santos.
She is survived by: her husband Victoriano Baez; her sons, Andres E. Baez of Worcester, Nelson Baez of Puerto Rico and Edwin Baez of Worcester; and her sister Cristina Hernandez of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
