He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Anthony Kriff, Sr. and Monica Kriff. He is survived by: his wife Maureen (Salley); his children, Patrick of Boston and Andrew of Billerica; and his sisters, Mary Ann Ludy (Kriff) and Elizabeth Joyce-Armstrong (Kriff).
