He was predeceased by: his parents, Ecedro Figaro and Flora Laura Figaro (Vasquez). He is survived by: his children, Frank Maldonado Jr. of Worcester and Azlen Maldonado of Worcester; his siblings, Jorge Maldonado, Andy Maldonado, Jeremy O'Connell, Doreen Maldonado of Worcester, Deborah Maldonado of Worcester and Daisy O'Connell of Worcester; his uncle Adam Vasquez; and his aunt Betty Vázquez of Chicopee. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
