He is survived by: his partner Leesandra Morales; his partner's child Kaylianna Machuca; his brother Jayson Camacho Martinez of Puerto Rico; his aunts, Madeline Martinez-Rosario of Meriden, CT, Sherley Martinez and Ivonne Martinez of Puerto Rico; and his uncle Edgardo Martinez of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by many relatives, and dear friends.
