He was predeceased by: his siblings, William X. Delaney, Jeanne M. Clancy, Catherine 'Kay' Horack and Barbara Whitmer; and his parents, William T. Delaney and Margaret F. Delaney (Haverty).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Delaney (Kelley); his children, Beth Dunn (Ray) of Shrewsbury, Timothy Delaney (Jeanne) of Shrewsbury and Patricia Cook (Doug) of Shrewsbury; his grandchildren, Kate, Meaghan, Sarah Dunn, Justin, Courtney, Kelly, Jaclyn, Conor Delaney, Allyson and Caroline Cook; and his close friends, Fran, Dick and Barney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
