He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bernard P., Gordon F. Chicoine, Helen C. Cooper and Virginia A. Gavin; and his parents, Paul H. Chicoine and Mildred E. Chicoine (Stone).

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Nancy Trottier of Manvel, TX, Patricia Conti of Massapequa Park, NY, Ann Marie Hesse of Hamburg, NJ and Paul Chicoine of Massapequa, NY; and his cousins, Marion McKeon and Billy Seaman.
