He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Balcom Sr.; and his parents, Gene J. Balcom and Jessie V. Balcom (Taylor). He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Balcom-Wolf (Moe) of Barre and Linda Morrison; his nieces and nephews, Jen, Justin, Jessica, William, Shawnee, Scott and Matthew; his close friend Kendra; and also, Brad of Barre, Sharon Chaput and Robert Lonconsolo of Worcester.
